This is a very important question to ask. Statistics show that the average "life expectancy" of a Realtor® is 6 months! Remember, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, it doesn't matter how enthusiastic a new agent is - you can't afford to have someone practicing on your home or learning the ropes at your expense. How do you track and obtain feedback for agents who show my home?
Every seller is anxious to find out what the prospective buyers and their agents are saying about their home. Milestone Realty Consultants has a unique system in place that takes care of this. All appointments are scheduled through our office and the agent is contacted within 24 hours to obtain feedback. Once the feedback is given, we place it in the computer system and generate a "feedback report". We then let you know what was said and mail you the report for your information. This allows us to make adjustments as needed to make your home more marketable.
Are you a Part-Time of Full-time REALTOR®?
Please think long and hard before listing your home on the market with an agent who is not full-time and experienced. Milestone Realty Consultants only accepts agents who are full-time. We work hard and depend on sales for our income - this is our profession! This is an advantage to you, the seller, in that we are constantly searching the market to find homes for our buyers. Your home is important not only to me, as your listing agent, but to all the agents at Milestone Realty Consultants.
How accessible are you?
This is a biggie! Isn't it frustrating to always get a recorder or voice mail? Craft & Vish have harnessed technology to keep us accessible. In addition to Cellular phones, we have immediate notification of voice mails, emails and facsimiles. Should we be with a client when you call we will be notified instantly and respond to your call, email or fax at our first opportunity. We strive to respond to all communications within two hours! Usually much much sooner.
